Returns

OUR RETURN POLICY  

Refunds will be given up to 30 days after you have received the item. 

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@cpr-1891.com or you can log in to your account on our website and start a return

Once your return is accepted, you will receive an email to confirm this and the return postage slip will be included in the email. 

Once we have received the return, we will issue a refund based on the payment method you selected. The processing and refund can take up to 7 working days. 

The return slip must be printed and returned with the item you are returning.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If looking to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

Worn/Used items are not eligible for return. 

Please make sure that all returned items are unworn/unused and in their original condition, and are sent back to us in their original packaging.
